Jon Pertwee wears the cape as the 3rd Doctor in the 30th anniversary special 'Dimensions in Time'

Jon Pertwee can be seen wearing the cape presenting both 'The Pertwee years' and 'The Troughton years', which were released by the BBC. He can also be seen wearing the cape in 'Reverse the Polarity', 'More than 30 years in the Tardis' and in 'Return to Devils End'. Jon is wearing it on the cover of video shown below.

Jon can also be seen wearing the cape on the cover of a number of issues of 'Doctor Who Magazine'. He wears it on the front cover of issues numbered 173,197 and 204 and in smaller pictures on the cover of issues numbered 215, 230, 236, 238 and 241. The clearest and most detailed picture of Jon Pertwee wearing the cape, that I can find, is on the cover of Marvel's 'Doctor Who Yearbook 1995' as shown below. It even still hangs exactly the same way now.
