My name is Roger Harris and I am a collector of 'Doctor Who' memorabilia. I have been for many years. The 'Jewel in the Crown' of my collection is one of Jon Pertwee's actual capes and I have (reluctantly) decided the time has come to sell it. The picture above shows me with Jon Pertwee. Jon is wearing the cape I later bought.
